Victor H. Smith

Victor Smith joined the firm of Garofalo Goerlich Hainbach PC (GGH) in 1998.  He performs work on behalf of air carriers, corporate operators, investment funds and other corporate clients regarding regulatory compliance, aircraft transactions and related aviation matters.  Victor serves on the Regulatory Initiatives Advisory Group of the National Business Aviation Association.

Prior to joining GGH, Victor lobbied at both the state and national levels for the American Industrial Hygiene Association focusing on issues related to workplace health and safety.   He earned a B.A. in History from Swarthmore College in 1991 and received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at the American University in 1996.  Victor is admitted to the Bars of the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.

Victor is the incoming Vice-Chair of NBAA’s Regulatory Issues Advisory Group.
