Nadia Jeiroudi joined Garofalo Goerlich Hainbach PC (GGH) in 2025. Her practice includes commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and international aviation. Nadia concentrates on aircraft sale and lease transactions, as well as due diligence in the acquisition of air carriers and repair stations. In addition, Nadia works on behalf of foreign operators in obtaining the required aviation licenses to conduct business in the United States, including Foreign Air Carrier Permits and exemptions and FAA Part 129 operations specifications.

 

Prior to joining GGH, Nadia was an Attorney-Advisor in the International Affairs and National Security Law Division at the Federal Aviation Administration, where she worked on bilateral aviation agreements, provided technical assistance to foreign civil aviation authorities, and advised on drone operations and amateur rocket launches in international waters.

 

Nadia earned a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2022. Nadia is admitted to the Bars of the District of Columbia and the States of New York and California. She is fluent in Arabic and proficient in French.
