Kellen R. Cody joined Garofalo Goerlich Hainbach PC (GGH) as an associate in 2022. She primarily represents international and domestic airlines and business jet operators before the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other government agencies. She assists in advising clients on a broad range of aviation issues, including compliance with regulatory requirements, federal excise taxes, aircraft purchase/sale/lease transactions, and aviation contractual matters.
Kellen earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2019. She received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law (WCL) in 2022. During her time at WCL, Kellen was Vice-Justice, and subsequently, Justice of the International Law Fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, and was a student attorney in the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic.
She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2023. She is awaiting admission to the D.C. bar and is currently working under the supervision of the firm’s attorneys.
